May makes transcripts cleaner and the path to a draft shorter. TRX TranscriptionPro™ (TPro) adds a one-click option to remove filler words, word-level timestamps, automatic Word and RTF drafts on creation, and an upload check that catches incorrectly named files before they cause problems.
Can I remove filler words from a transcript?
Yes. The TranscriptionPro setup form now includes a Transcript Options section with a Remove filler words checkbox. Turn it on when you want a cleaner read, and the processed transcript leaves the filler behind, no manual cleanup required.
Does TranscriptionPro provide word-level timestamps?
Yes. Transcripts now carry word-level timestamps, giving you finer-grained timing across the record for review and navigation.
Are drafts generated automatically?
Yes. When you create an Enhanced Transcript, TranscriptionPro now generates both the Word draft and the RTF draft automatically, so the files you need are ready without a separate export step.
What happens if I upload an incorrectly named file?
TheRecordXchange now checks audio and video file names at upload and rejects ones that do not meet the naming requirements, with feedback at the point of upload. Catching naming problems early keeps misrouted or unprocessable files from entering the pipeline in the first place.
In short
May is about clean output and fewer manual steps: optional filler-word removal, word-level timestamps, automatic Word and RTF drafts, and an upload check that stops naming problems before they start.
