April is a milestone for steno reporters working in TheRecordXchange. TRX TranscriptionPro™ (TPro) now produces an RTF/CRE file with every draft, ready to import directly into Stenograph Case Catalyst and Advantage Software Eclipse, with added support for Stenograph MaxScribe annotations, more accessible documents, automated provider onboarding, and a smarter TR Assist.
Can I import a TranscriptionPro draft into my CAT software?
Yes. Every TranscriptionPro draft now generates an RTF/CRE file alongside the Word document, validated to import directly into Stenograph Case Catalyst and Advantage Software Eclipse. You get both formats from a single draft, so you can keep working in the computer-aided transcription software you already use.
Does TheRecordXchange support MaxScribe annotations?
Yes. TheRecordXchange now supports Stenograph MaxScribe annotations, extending the range of reporter tools that fit into the TranscriptionPro workflow.
Are invoices and order forms accessible?
Accessibility takes a step forward this month. Invoice and estimate PDFs are now produced through an accessibility-focused library, and order forms have been audited and updated to meet accessibility standards, so the documents your office sends and receives are easier for everyone to use.
How do new providers get set up?
Provider onboarding is now automated. Seller registration runs through a guided, automated flow, which reduces the manual steps required to get a new provider working in the Storefront.
Is TR Assist getting smarter?
Yes. TR Assist, the drafting assistant in TranscriptionPro, now runs on Anthropic's Claude Sonnet 4.6 model for stronger drafting assistance.
In short
April connects TranscriptionPro to the tools reporters already rely on: RTF/CRE output for Case Catalyst and Eclipse, MaxScribe annotation support, more accessible invoices and forms, a faster path to onboard new providers, and a smarter TR Assist.
